Our clergy & history.

The Philippine Catholic Mission was initiated in 1987 and formalized as a National Chaplaincy a few years later. Since then up to the present, the Philippine Bishops sent 8 full time Priest Chaplains.

In the report to the Philippine Bishops Conference in 1998, the estimated number of Filipinos in France is between 20 to 25 thousand. The recent Philippine Embassy registration is 26 thousand but community estimates number to as high as 200 thousand majority of whom are undocumented. Philippine Statistics show that 85% of Filipinos are Roman Catholics
